CoolSpeech is a voice output program designed for use by individuals with low vision. This text-to-speech player reads text files (.txt format), rich-text files (.rtf format), and HTML files (.html format). It can read e-mail messages, web pages, and clipboard contents aloud. It can also read words or sentences as they are typed and convert text files into spoken WAV files, while files, URLs, and e-mails can be scheduled to be read aloud.
