The b TELl II is a phone for people with hearing loss that features a loudspeaker with the handset. The volume, frequency, and microphone volume are all adjustable. It comes with a horn loudspeaker with telecoil and a connection for a loop headset. It has 6 direct memories (M1 / M6) and last-dialed number (Redial).​
