Product Description: 

Catch the Cow is an app designed to help children and adults with physical disabilities to learn to select pictures using a scanning device.

Main Features: 

  • Initially, the user selects one of two squares.
  • The level of difficulty gradually increases to select a picture from multiple rows and columns.
  • The app supports but does not need external switches. It uses a large on-screen button.
  • The space bar, enter, ~, 1, 2, 3 or 4 key equivalents can be used to select.
  • It allows teachers, clinicians or parents to assess whether a user can learn beginning skills for choice-making through auto-scanning.
  • Direct touch can also be used and the accuracy of the two modes can be compared.
  • It is designed to assess a user's ability to make selections either directly or using a scan. It does NOT require the iOS switch accessibility option.

Primary Specifications: 

  • Requires iOS 6.0 or later.
  • Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
  • Supports external switches that are compatible with the Apple Wireless Keyboard.
