CineVox is an app designed to help improve vocalization and speech for people with special/complex needs. It is a speech therapy game tool that responds to sounds.

Main Features: 

  • Enables users to produce graphic effects as it responds to any sounds.
  • It can be used to encourage children to vocalize and make sounds, either through the internal microphone or via an external microphone.
  • There are 21 different visual effects in CineVox, including mirrors, spirals, bubbles, and kaleidoscope.
  • The effects change color and shape with volume, so the louder the sound, the more the effect changes.
  • Sounding fricatives (hisses, shhh, etc.) will change the display with additional effects.
  • In some modes it gives a snowstorm effect, in others, it makes the image black and white and in the hall of mirrors mode it further distorts the image.
  • Connecting an iPad or iPhone over Wi-Fi to AppleTV improves the impact of CineVox by showing the effects on a big screen TV.
