Herbi Speech Assistant is a free program optimized for use on tablet computers, designed for people who have problems speaking. It can have the user's common phrases spoken by the default voice on the tablet PC. 

Main Features: 

  • Users create a sentence to be spoken by selecting words or phrases from lists.
  • It supports handwriting input to add extra words to the sentence.
  • It has four areas where users can pick text to build up a sentence that they want to be spoken and one area where they can use handwriting.
  • Instant speak: If the user taps on one of the commonly used words, the program will speak the word.
