If you don’t see your product in the Unified Listing and your product relates to accessible information and communication technologies, we will begin taking submissions soon.
Submitting your product for inclusion in the Unified Listing means that we will also forward a copy of your product and description to the other worldwide federated databases dealing with assistive technologies.
Updating an Existing Record
If your product is already in the Unified Listing, you can use the submission form (coming soon) to provide updated information. Simply check the box that says “This is an update of an existing entry” and include the URL (web page address/link)to the product on this site.
Easy as 1 - 2 - 3
This is a step by step process for entering new products into the Unified Listing (UL). We have tried to make it an easy 3 step process, but welcome any suggestions for making it easier for you.
The goal is to provide our curators with the information they need, in a manner that is easiest for you.
Our process is basically:
- Be sure the product is not already in the database
Provide information on your product
- (and your company info but only if it is first product or you need to correct something)
- Review the entry for your product after our curators create the entry.

1. Be sure the product is not already in the database
You can search for your products by going to the Unified Listing home page at https://ul.gpii.net. Then, just enter your product name (or your company name) in the search field.
The resulting list should contain your product.
Clicking on the name of your company - in any of your product pages - should take you to your companies information page. Here, you should find contact information for your compay and a list of all the products we have in the Unified Listing.
If your product (or any of your ICT related products) is NOT in the UL - fill in the form(s) below.
If your product is in the UL - please read its description and use the form below to submit any changes.
2. Filling out the New / Updates Entry Form
Product entries can be for individual products or a series of products, features and services.
Please avoid evaluative words and superlatives - best, excellent, first, newest - or the personal pronouns I, We. Words like Small, New etc. are descriptive and are fine. Provide clear descriptions of the products and their purpose, features and functions.
You only need to fill out Manufacturer information once. If you have products in the database already you can skip that part of the form unless you have corrections to make.
