OrCam MyEye 1 is a wearable artificial vision device designed to assist people who are blind, visually impaired, or have a reading disability. The intuitive, lightweight smart camera instantly and discreetly reads printed and digital text aloud – from any surface – and recognizes faces, products, and money notes, all in real-time.
- Activated by a simple, intuitive gesture – like pointing a finger or pressing a single button – OrCam MyEye makes newspapers, books, computer and smartphone screens, restaurant menus, labels on supermarket products and street signs accessible – in real-time.
- No matter what font type or size, OrCam allows users to effortlessly read a full menu. Make dining selections without assistance from others.

co-workers – are seamlessly recognized and announced by the user's own voice tag once they come into the OrCam MyEye smart camera’s view. Up to 100 faces of individuals can be stored.
- OrCam MyEye has a database of thousands of product bar-codes and colors. In addition, OrCam MyEye stores up to 150 of the user's favorite products – such as supermarket items, drugstore necessities, and credit cards - instantly communicating them through the user's own voice tag, enabling an independent shopping experience.
- Triggered by a simple pointing gesture, OrCam MyEye instantly announces the denomination of the user's country currency notes, making shopping, dining and paying quicker and easier.
