Panopreter is a text to speech software for Windows users. It reads any text aloud with natural voices, reads files in formats of txt, rtf, doc, pdf and web pages. It also reads the text selected and copied to the clipboard from any other software window. Moreover, it converts the text to mp3 and wav audio files that can be listened to with an audio player.

Main Features: 

  • This software also includes text to speech and text to mp3 toolbars for Internet Explorer and Microsoft Word. The toolbars read the text on the web page and Word document aloud, or, convert the text to mp3 and wav audio files.
  • The latest Windows 10 comes with two US English accent voices: Microsoft Zira Mobile (a female voice), and Microsoft Mark Mobile (a male voice).
  • Windows 8 or 8.1, there are three text to speech voices available: Microsoft David (US male), Zira (US female) and Hazel (UK female).
  • Windows 7 and Vista, the text to speech voice is Microsoft Anna (US female).
  • Windows XP, the only text to speech voice is Microsoft Sam (US male).
  • Besides these voices, a wide variety of languages, and voices produced by other companies are supported.
