The Ages & Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) range of products is a developmental assessment system designed to screen infants and young children for developmental delays during the first five years of life.

ASQ-3 

Parents complete the illustrated 30-item questionnaires at designated intervals, assessing children in their natural environments to ensure valid results. Each questionnaire can be completed in 10 to 15 minutes and covers five key developmental areas: communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem-solving, and personal-social. Professionals convert parents' responses of yes, sometimes, and not yet to color-coded scoring sheets, enabling them to determine a child's progress in each developmental area.

ASQ:SE-2

It is modeled after the ASQ-3 and is tailored to identify and exclusively screen the social and emotional health of children.

ASQ Online

Is designed to work in concert with professional’s busy day-to-day lives and helps slash paperwork time through streamlined data management processes, eliminate the cost of photocopying and mailing questionnaires, and ensure accuracy with automated scoring and questionnaire selection. Empowers users to manage all of their ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 data.
