To activate Audio Descriptions on iOS:

Select Settings> General> Accessibility>Audio Descriptions, and toggle this option to On.

To activate Audio Descriptions on macOS:

Select System Preferences> Accessibility. Select Descriptions from the list on the left, and check "Play audio descriptions when available" on the right.

To activate Audio Descriptions on Windows 10:

Type "Control Panel" into the search box to the right of the Windows button. Select Ease of Access>Ease of Access Center>Use the computer without a display. Check the box for Turn on Audio Description.
