Audio Notes is a voice input audio notetaker app and a voice output audio notetaker app designed for use by individuals who are blind or with low vision, cognitive or communication disabilities. The app allows a person to use their Apple iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch as an audio recorder.

Main Features: 

• The user launches the app and recording begins after startup.
• Audio Notes can also record in the background, except for phone calls, so the user can multitask.
• The user can forward or rewind playback, pause and resume playback or recording.
• The user can set an alert time and will be notified even if the app is closed with local notification feature.
• Notes can be exported by email or via FTP and downloaded through iTunes.
• The app features geographic tagging, selection of audio quality and format (.m4a or .caf) for recorded tracks, microphone support, and the ability to record while in sleep mode.
• Includes the ability to sort notes into folders; password protection; dark or light color themes; and an option to use phone receiver as audio output, to add text notes, and to select an audio format.
• Available languages include English, German, French, Spanish, Norwegian, Czech, Italian, and Hungarian.
