MauSi scann is a mouse replacement that enables users to control a standard computer mouse and additional functions with minimal motor capabilities. It also allows the use of the WiViK keyboard in the scroll mode with the same switches that are used for the mouse. The very small device can be attached to the notebook display or to the computer screen in the user's visual field and to the standard keyboard and mouse input. MauSi scann reproduces the functions of a serial mouse (or PS2 or USB), and selected keyboard keys for the PC, without requiring any specific software.

- The keyboard and mouse functions and the various personalization functions are activated by "keys" which light up in an automatic run or by the user with the step switch and then confirmed with the OK switch.
- The triggering of an arrow, for example, moves the mouse cursor in the direction of the arrow (top, bottom, left, right, or diagonal).
- The movement of the mouse cursor is dynamic, which makes it possible to control fine movement steps and greater distances.
- Can be customized with many parameters depending on the specific disability and task.
- Users can customize their mouse themselves without any additional software.
- The device is controlled by one to three switching sensors, which are chosen based on the specific disabilities.
