Pocket Picture Planner HD is an icon-based personal organization app, prompter, and cognitive aid for use by individuals with cognitive, learning, developmental or communication disabilities or autism. The app, in conjunction with Picture Planner software, enables an Apple iPad to function as prompter that will remind a person of the daily events and tasks and provide detailed information and instructions for tasks.

Main Features: 

  • Users create visual calendars on the computer in Picture Planner, and sync the calendars with all associate visual and audio media files to their iPad.
  • Provides pop-up reminders when activities are due.
  • Activities can be organized into simple categories such as "What are you doing?", "With Who?", "Where?", "How will you get there?", "How much money do you need?", "What to Bring?", and "What Clothes to Wear?"
  • The user can scroll through step-by-step elements of each activity.
  • Users can mark activities as completed and sync back to the desktop version of Picture Planner.
