Product Description: 

Visual Timer is a timer app for the Apple iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad designed for use by parents and teachers working with children with autism or other developmental or cognitive disabilities and youth and adults who have disabilities that affect their ability to keep track of time.

Main Features: 

  • The app shows elapsed time and alerts a person when a selected period of time expires.
  • The maximum time is 60 minutes, and the user sets the timer by touching and dragging the meter to the desired time, and then start the timer tapping the app's "Start" button.
  • The app plays a sound and/or vibrates when the time expires.
  • It can be set to play a sound or vibrate at specific intervals (such as every minute or every five minutes) while the timer is running.
  • The user can change the color of the visual indicator based on the percentage of time remaining, and choose the direction of the timer: clockwise or counter-clockwise.
