Screen Reading
All screen readers read text from the device display, but they differ in what they read and how they read it.
- Some accommodations read the content of a document but do not speak the names of the controls.
- Some accommodations speak the names of the controls of programs (generally as well as the contents).
- Screen readers also differ in how the user indicates what is to be read.
