Help with making calls

When placing a call, a person may have difficulty holding or operating the telephone.  These problems can be addressed once the difficulty is identified.

  • Some people have difficulty seeing or manipulating the small buttons to dial the phone.
  • For some people, holding the phone when dialing or talking is difficult, and add-on handles or grip assistance is required.
  • Some people are not able to use their hands to use the telephone and require hands-free operation.
